Where Is NENR Located?
Our headquarters are located in Denver Colorado.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Typically we like to allow 10-14 days from the day the order was placed within the continental United States. It might arrive sooner than that, but we’d like you to be surprised if that happens, rather than getting upset if we say 5-7 days and it actually does take the full 14 days. Orders outside of the U.S. will obviously take longer.
Why Did My Order With Multiple Items Arrive At Different Times And In Different Packages?
We currently work with multiple distribution centers across the country so your order might arrive at different times, from different locations.
Do You Have Kids Sizes?
Currently we do not, but we will have them available in the very near future
What Is Your Return Policy?
Right now we will ONLY do a refund/exchange if your item is damaged or has some sort of issue. Please contact us immediately and we will get a replacement order to you as quickly as we can. All we ask is that you send a picture of the damage/issue so we can visually verify the problem and begin processing your new order. Please verify the correct size on our size chart as we CANNOT exchange shirts and hoodies based on incorrect sizes.
How Should I Wash My Garments?
To ensure a long-lasting print, we recommend that you turn your garment inside out, wash in cold water, and tumble dry to ensure a long life for your NENR garment. Washing in hot water and drying hot may result in expedited wear on the garment and the print. Also, we understand if you want to give your shirt a quick iron to give it that crisp look, make sure you turn your garment inside out before ironing the printed/embroidered area.
What Other Countries Can Purchase NENR Gear?
For the time being we ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. That will be expanding very soon and we will ship worldwide in the near future. Free shipping is only included in the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico will be calculated by the address it is going to.
What Charities Do You Support And Where Do You Give Back?
We will seek out charities, missionaries, and ministries that have a heart for the hurting and a deep sense of urgency to win the lost. We want to know they are truly fulfilling the mission God has given them and also great financial stewards. Once we get past the initial launch phase, we will always be transparent and let our tribe know who and what we are supporting.
Because NENR is a non-profit organization we will have our own initiatives by doing ministry events and outreaches directly. Our goal is to be the best possible stewards we can be with what God puts in our hands to expand His Kingdom and be a blessing to those He brings across our path.
